Will my order be exactly as seen on the screen?
Colors may vary slightly on different monitors so it is best to check the image on different monitors before purchasing as all sales are final.
Do you create custom orders or commissions?
At this time, I don’t offer custom or commissioned art.

What is an fine art print?
A fine art print is a high quality reproduction of an original artwork.
My art prints are made to order on archival paper with pigment inks. Pigment inks have exceptional print longevity and fade resistance, ensuring the longevity of prints without significant color degradation
What medium are your original artworks?
I primarily use colored pencils, but I also incorporate archival inks and pastels.
All original artwork are sealed with fixative or varnish.
I really loved a drawing, but it's no longer available. What can I do?
Unfortunately, once an original artwork is sold you will not be able to purchase that piece again.
However, if you would like you can get a fine art print which is a high-quality reproduction of the original artwork.

Can I make copies of the art I purchase?
No, you cannot make copies or sell any artwork created by Renee Reid.

How do I care for my art prints?
- Handle with clean, dry hands to avoid smudges
- Frame using UV-protective glass or acrylic
- Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading
- Store in moderate temperature and humidity conditions
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth
- Store flat in an acid-free archival box when not displayed
How do I care for my mug?
- Dishwasher and microwave safe
- For best results and to preserve the design long term, hand washing is recommended
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers that could scratch the surface
- Handle with care — ceramic is beautiful but fragile!
How do I care for my tea towels and canvas pouches?
- Machine wash cold
- Air dry or tumble dry low
- Safe to iron
- Avoid bleach to preserve the colors and design
How do I care for my coasters?
- Clean with soap and warm water
- Dry thoroughly after cleaning
- Avoid soaking or prolonged exposure to moisture
How do I care for my stickers?
- Apply to clean, dry, smooth surfaces for best adhesion
- Weatherproof and water resistant
- Permanent vinyl — designed to stay put for the long haul
- Not recommended for textured or rough surfaces
How do I care for my greeting cards?
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Cards are suitable for framing — a beautiful keepsake beyond just sending

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada, Spain, the UK, and Germany in addition to the US. For shipping rates, delivery times, and customs information, please see our shipping policy.
How is my artwork going to be packaged and shipped?
All original artwork is packaged with bubble wrap or paper, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box.
Art prints are shipped in a sturdy flat mailer with cardboard backboard.
All orders are packaged and shipped by me, Renee, and great care is taken to ensure your package is safe.
Some products — such as mugs and calendars— are professionally printed and shipped through a trusted partner. These items are fulfilled separately, so you may receive your order in two packagesif you purchase multiple types of products.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship primarily with USPS or UPS.
What is the processing and shipping times?
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3-14 business days depending on if the order includes original or art prints and if the art is framed or unframed.
All art prints are made to order in studio.
What happens if my order was refused and returned?
The order will be refunded minus the shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Your refund will only be processed once the package has been received at our studio and inspected for damages. If the order is not received then you will not be refunded.
To avoid this, please double check your shipping address to ensure that it is correct and a deliverable location.
What if I have included the wrong address?
It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. Refunds will be dependent on if the package is returned to the studio in sellable condition.
The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% re-print charge based on the value of the print to be re-printed if the original order is lost due to giving us incorrect shipping information.
What if the order is wrong or missing an item?
Please send an email within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item received.
What if the order arrives damaged or my package is lost?
All packages are shipped with tracking and insured through USPS. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all original packaging and damaged items, as they may be required for the claim process.
For additional assistance, feel free to reach out to me at info@reneereidcreations.com, and I will do my best to guide you through the process. However, USPS will handle all claims for lost or damaged packages.
Exchanges and Returns
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the artwork created all original artwork, art prints, and products are final sale.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to info@reneereidcreations.
I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, once the shipping label is created we can no longer cancel the order.
