Will my order look exactly like what I see on the screen?
Due to variations in monitors, colors may appear slightly different. It’s recommended to view the image on multiple screens before purchasing, as all sales are final.Do you offer custom orders or commissions?

A fine art print is a high-quality reproduction of an original artwork. My prints are made on archival paper with pigment inks, ensuring longevity and resistance to fading.What medium do you use for your original artworks?
I primarily use colored pencils, but I also incorporate archival inks and pastels. All original artworks are sealed with a fixative or varnish for protection.What if a drawing I love is no longer available?
Once an original artwork is sold, it is no longer available for purchase. However, high-quality fine art prints may be available. Sign up for my newsletter to hear about new works before they are added to the shop.Do you offer wholesale?

How should I care for my artwork?
- Handle with clean, dry hands to avoid smudges.
- Frame using UV-protective glass or acrylic.
- Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Store in moderate temperature and humidity conditions.
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Store flat in an acid-free archival box when not displayed.
Exchanges and Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of the artwork, all sales are final.Can I cancel my order?
Please email me as soon as possible at renee@reneereidcreations.com. I’ll do my best to cancel, but once a shipping label is created, cancellations are not possible.Shipping
Do you only ship within the US?
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We have plans to expand to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories as well as internationally in the future. Please join the newsletter or follow me on Instagram or Facebook to stay informed.
How is my artwork going to be packaged and shipped?
All original artwork is packaged with bubble wrap or paper and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box. Art prints are shipped in a sturdy flat mailer with cardboard backboard. All orders are packaged and shipped by me, Renee, and great care is taken to ensure your package is safe.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily ship with USPS or FedEx.
What are the processing and shipping times?
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3-14 business days depending on if the order includes original or art prints and if the art is framed or unframed. All art prints are made to order in studio.
What happens if my order was refused and returned?
The order will be refunded minus the shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Your refund will only be processed once the package has been received at our studio and inspected for damages. If the order is not received, then you will not be refunded. To avoid this, please double check your shipping address to ensure that it is correct and a deliverable location.
What if I included the wrong address?
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. Refunds will depend on if the package is returned to the studio in sellable condition. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% re-print charge based on the value of the print to be re-printed if the original order is lost due to incorrect shipping information.
What if the order is wrong or missing an item?
Please send an email within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item received.
What if my order arrives damaged or my package is lost?
All packages are shipped with tracking and insured through USPS. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all original packaging and damaged items, as they may be required for the claim process.
