Return and Exchange Policy
Final Sale: Due to the custom nature of my artwork, all sales are final. This includes original artwork, art prints, and products. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is processed.
Order Inspections: Each order is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped by me, Renee, to ensure it meets the highest standards before it leaves my studio. It is highly unlikely that defective or damaged items will be mailed, but if you believe your order was received in error, please follow the steps below.
Damaged or Defective Orders: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email me at renee@reneereidcreations.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in. This will help me assess the issue and provide guidance on how to proceed. We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS).
Lost or Stolen Packages: In case of a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS directly to file a claim, as all orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible at renee@reneereidcreations.com. I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, once a shipping label has been created, cancellations will no longer be possible.
