Shipping Overview

  • We currently ship within the continental United States using USPS and UPS. All shipments include tracking and insurance to ensure your order arrives safely.

Fall Studio Break

Please note: Orders placed after October 20 will ship starting November 1 while my studio takes a short seasonal break.

Professional Fulfillment Partners

Some products — such as the 2026 Flower Wall Calendar (and soon, select mugs) — are professionally made and shipped through a trusted third-party vendor.

Because these items are fulfilled separately:

  • They will arrive in their own package if ordered with other products from my shop.
  • Shipping is included in the listed price.
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days, with shipping times varying by location.

This approach allows me to maintain the highest printing quality while ensuring your order arrives quickly and securely.

Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.)

  • Free Shipping: on original artwork and orders $60 and up.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95 for orders under $60.

Note: A daytime delivery address is required for original artwork as it ships with a signature confirmation.

U.S. Territories and Military Bases

We ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses. A separate shipping invoice will be sent after your order is placed.

Shipping Discount: $20 off orders over $100.

International Shipping (Canada, UK, Germany, Spain)

International shipping is available. A separate invoice will be sent once your order is placed. Please contact me for an estimate prior to checkout if needed.

Customs duties, VAT, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Original Artwork 5–7 business days
Art Prints 5–10 business days (made to order)
Framed Artwork Up to 14 business days (made to order)
Third-Party Items (Calendars, Mugs) 3–5 business days

Packaging & Delivery

  • Original and Framed Artwork: Wrapped securely in protective materials and boxed.

  • Art Prints: Packaged flat with a sturdy backboard and mailer.

  • Third-Party Items: Shipped directly from the printing partner in protective packaging.

  • All Other Items: Carefully packaged and shipped from my studio using eco-friendly or recycled materials when possible.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping details before placing your order. Refunds for returned or undelivered packages will exclude initial shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments include insurance. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim and email renee@reneereidcreations.com for assistance.
