Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.):
We currently ship orders within the continental United States using USPS and UPS. All shipments include tracking and insurance to ensure your order arrives safely.
Shipping Offers:
- Free Shipping: Available for original artwork and orders $60 and up.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95 for orders under $60.
NOTE: A daytime delivery address must be provided for original artwork as it requires a signature upon delivery.
U.S. Territories and Military Bases:
Shipping to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) and APO/FPO military addresses is available, with a separate shipping invoice sent post-order.
Shipping Discount (U.S. Territories & Military Bases):
Receive a $10 shipping discount on orders over $100.
International Shipping (Canada, UK, Germany, Spain):
We also ship internationally to Canada, the UK, Germany, and Spain. A separate shipping invoice will be sent once your order is placed. Please reach out if you’d like an estimate before placing your order.
Shipping Discount for International Orders:

Custom duties, VAT and other taxes: Please note that customs duties, VAT, and any other taxes incurred at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Processing Times:
- Original Artwork: 5-7 business days
- Art Prints: 5-10 business days (made to order for quality)
- Framed Artwork: Up to 14 business days (made to order)
Shipping Times & Packaging:
Shipping times with the carrier are in addition to our processing times. All items are packaged securely:
- Original and Framed Artwork: Wrapped in protective materials and placed in a sturdy cardboard box.
- Art Prints: Packaged flat with a cardboard backboard and shipped in a sturdy flat mailer.
Address Accuracy:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Double-check your details before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, a refund will be offered minus the initial shipping costs. If the package is not returned, no refund can be issued.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim, as all shipments are insured. Retain all packaging and the damaged item, as they may be required for the claim. For assistance, please email us at renee@reneereidcreations.com.
